Our girls gather nectar from the Appalachian Mountain Wildflowers in the Wild, Wonderful Hills of West Virginia. Our Honey is manually extracted from the comb. It is lightly, gravity filtered to remove most of the visible pieces of wax, and pollen. It does not remove all the small grains of wax and pollen. We then bottle the honey in clear glass and plastic jars.
